One of the unique functions of a psychologist is the training and expertise in conducting psychological evaluations, testing, and interpretation of data. As a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Weaver has had extensive training and experience in this area. Over the years of her practice, Dr. Weaver has conducted thousands of different evaluations for a variety of different purposes .
The purposes of psychological evaluations can range from learning more about an individual's emotional and psychological functioning, to specific requests by agencies, to assess custody issues, and other requests for specific reasons. The use of specific tests are chosen to meet the specific requests made by the referring source.

Dr. Weaver has over 30 years of experience working with the legal system. Dr. Weaver provides services to courts, attorneys, DCF, and other areas of the legal system. In addition to being trained in a variety of forensic evaluations, Dr. Weaver has also had training in Collaborative Divorce as a mental health professional.
